I would only add that the extent that you will have discipline problems depends on how well you set the stage for an organized, well-controlled academic classroom on the very first day of school.  Failure to expect/demand perfect behavior here and during the first couple of weeks will haunt you the rest of the year.  After two or three weeks you can relax and start being less rigid and serious.</description>
